Apparently the rapper was twittering in court this past tuesday on assault charges. Jones gave two updates that said he was still “waiting” for a new trial date. Then he said he was looking for oprah, and asked his followers to, “tell her I’m tryin to get on her show.” Jones noted that he has “some issues” he needs to talk about, and reminded his fans, quote, “rappers need love 2.” Jones pleaded not guilty in the matter back in February.
