Real Housewives star Lisa Wu Sues Ex-Husband Keith Sweat

Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Lisa Wu Hartwell filed suit for primary custody of her two sons with ex-husband and R&B singer/producer Keith Sweat !

According to court papers filed with the the Superior Court of Fulton County, Hartwell attorneys say "The best interest of the minor children will be served by modifying the current custody and visitation provisions to make Mother the primary physical condition of the minor children".

Hartwell, who appeared on the inaugural season of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' made headlines last Fall when discussing a tumultuous relationship with R&B singer/producer Keith Sweat. Since the original reports, Hartwell has appeared in numerous publications including Essence where she detailed her post season struggles with 'Housewives' cast members and custody troubles with Sweat.

Proving that she's stable, so to speak (after a 2003 ruling that gave Sweat full custody), Hartwell's lawyers say "Since the time of the Divorce Decree, (Wu) has remarried, owns a successful business and will provide a stable, loving, and nurturing environment in which she can raise the minor children."

If Wu-Hartwell is able to gain custody, the reality star is likely to request child support as well.

News of Wu-Hartwell's decision to request full custody comes just months after a record breaking season of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' and Sweat's refusal to allow his 'boys' to appear on the show.

Hours after the photo was posted, the Los Angeles Police Department launched an internal investigation and asked for the public's help in finding the person who leaked it. A police news release said the image "has the appearance" of one taken during a domestic violence investigation, and classified its release as a case of serious misconduct that could result in termination.

Asked earlier Thursday whether he could confirm the photo's origin, LAPD Officer Jason Lee said only that the department had not released images of the woman who accused Brown, and would not release evidence photos. A spokeswoman for the district attorney said all evidence related to the case was still with police.

Prosecutors have asked police to provide more information before deciding what charges, if any, to pursue against Brown. Police have said the 19-year-old singer could face domestic violence charges if prosecutors think they are appropriate.

An Associated Press photo of Rihanna, taken before the party on the night of the incident, shows her with a tattoo of Roman numerals on her left shoulder; the TMZ photo shows the same numerals on the same shoulder. TMZ had previously used its site to debunk a manipulated image that depicted Rihanna with a black eye.

No public statement has been issued on behalf of Rihanna, who turns 21 on Friday. Email and telephone messages left late Thursday with representatives for both Brown and Rihanna were not immediately returned.

Rapper/preacher MC Hammer will star in an upcoming reality series for A&E titled Hammertime. The half-hour series is described as a reality version of The Cosby Show and will follow Hammer, his wife of 23-years and five children throughout 11 episodes.

Hammertime also focuses on Hammer’s future as opposed to his past success, which was overshadowed by his excessive spending and subsequent bankruptcy in 1996, despite earning $33 million dollars in 1991 alone. Hammer, who resides in Oakland and has released 10 albums to date, was recently featured in a high-profile Super Bowl advertisement with Ed McMahon for Cash4Gold.

“It will be good stuff,” Hammer said of Hammertime. “I have some great kids. All ‘hams’ and entertainers.” Hammertime is slated to premiere this year in A&E. Hammer Time is slated to premiere this year in A&E.

*According to Atlanta Journal-Constitution writer Richard Eldredge, at her Sunday night show, Patti LaBelle let loose with the hateraid for the city's Boisfeuillet Jones Civic Center where she was performing.

The writer says that around the 4th song of her set, Miss Patti decided she couldn't take it anymore and let loose with a blistering attack on the condition of the 40-year-old concert venue.


The outburst came after the diva kicked off her pumps and walked across the stage. At that point she began expressing her displeasure with the stage's cleanliness. She then requested a towel to wipe her feet. Uh oh.


“When is someone going to take the time to fix up this theater?” Labelle asked the crowd. “I’ve been coming to this city for 50 years. This isn’t right. You’ve got Mickey mice back there and roaches. I’m a diabetic, and I couldn’t eat back there.”

Ms. NeNe Leakes along with Lisa Wu-Hartwell have decided to write a book that will not only chronicle their abuse, but they also hope to help other victims rebuild their own lives. The project is still in its infancy; the two plan to pitch it to publishers sometime this year. Leakes also intends to up the ante on the Big Hat fund-raising event for Twisted Hearts, the domestic violence nonprofit she founded while taping the first season of Real Houswives of Atlanta.



So I was reading another no-name blog, and they made a statement about the two and I quote
"These chicks never cease to amaze me. Now their using domestic violence and turning it into a check. Don’t get it confused, this is strictly for a check. Let’s see if they donate any proceeds to women’s organizations, I doubt it."

Here's my rebuttal in reference to that

First of all, True they were both on a Reality show, so clearly it has allowed doors to be open, and they have both been blessed to explore different channels in their lives and careers. (Isn't that what most reality stars try to do??? Well, I would hope so).. So now they want to help women that have been in similar situations, and if they can make a cute coin while doing it, then that's cute! Shit.... at the end of the day they have to eat to! Dam Haters....

You can say what you want about the Sassy Diva, but one thing she was on the show was REAL. NeNe was letting the kids have it!

I brought my phone bill to the reunion which was evident that someone's (Lisa) telling a lie. Once the phone bill came out Lisa really went ballistic and that's the part that was even crazier! The phone bill was given to Andy Cohen, but the show is only an hour long so it was edited out. Why Lisa made such a huge deal out of this is beyond me. I think she brought more attention to the situation than it needed. It was said that she didn't want to ruin her ON-SCREEN squeaky clean image. I never threw her (Lisa) under the bus. As a matter of fact I even went on camera and said I would NOT reveal who told me about the song, until I found out that she had been telling people that I was a liar and I told

Kim and that we were setting her up.

At the reunion I also discovered why NeNe had a beef with me prior to taping. It was because I was invited to a private party and was only admitted a plus one. While NeNe and I had been cool we hardly ever, if ever, hung out or traveled alone. There was usually a small group of us. NeNe is fun to hang out with. However, it was never done on a one-on-one basis. So when I got the invite, I invited one of my very close friends. NeNe asked me to see if I could get not only her in but her husband and another couple (four people)! When I called her, I let her know that security was extremely tight and I didn't think it was possible. I went back and forth with her on the phone up until 1:30am telling her there was nothing I could do about getting four people in. I probably could have gotten her in but not three more people. Funny, I always wondered if that was the reason for the anger, but I hoped it wasn't. Over the years I had gotten her into many other parties. Surely this couldn't be it! I was thinking or wishing that it would be something a lot more meaningful or profound. NOT. With that said, perhaps we were never really friends, only mere acquaintances.

Brown — who is currently being investigated by Los Angeles county prosecutors after Rihanna allegedly accused him of assaulting her the night before the Grammys — always had a “volatile” relationship with the singer, an insider tells Us. (Us Mag)

A Rihanna confidant adds that bruises were clearly visible on the singer’s neck in early December.

Alarmed, “I asked is everything was OK with her and Chris,” says the pal. “She told me, ‘We broke up again.’ I didn’t pursue the issue further.”

But, Chris’ sister Lytrell Bundy tell Ok Magazine that he is not violent:

While he remains out of public sight, Chris Brown’s family is coming to his defense after his arrest on Sunday for allegedly making criminal threats to his girlfried Rihanna and reportedly hitting her.

“He’s always been a good boy. Never violent,” Chris’ sister Lytrell Bundy tells Extra.

As for how Chris is coping right now with the frenzy of activity surrounding his arrest and subsequent realse on $50K bail, his sister says he’s okay.

Yesterday, reports surface that Rihanna would not cooperate with the police and was withholding the reason as to how the fight started with Chris, but last night she finally spoke up:

A source close to the investigation tells E! News exclusively that Rihanna has alleged to police that Brown choked her while threatening to kill her and, subsequently, she lost consciousness.

They began squabbling after leaving Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party late Saturday. Shortly after midnight, things blew up. Brown pulled his silver Lamborghini to the side of a street in L.A.’s Hancock Park neighborhood. That’s when, per the source, Rihanna grabbed the car keys and tossed them out the window, sending Brown into a rage.

He tried in vain to find the keys, then came back to the car, put his hands around her neck and, according to the insider, said, “I’m going to kill you!”

According to the source, the 20-year-old “Disturbia” singer told police that she lost consciousness, and when she awoke, Brown had fled.

According to the source, her right eye was blackened and badly swollen and she had hand prints on her arms. The responding officers were so concerned about her, they drove Rihanna to the hospital in their squad car instead of waiting for an ambulance.

Officers took two sets of photographs of the banged-up singer, one at the scene and the second after she was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment. Those photos were presumably among the evidence presented to the district attorney.

In other new Rihanna’s grandmother says that she is doing well:

Emmmm hmmmm he lying!

So all of the sudden a certain "track" has leaked with Mario ft Rihanna called "Emergency Room" Here's what the singer had to say about it:

“This was a rough cut that I was working on and wanted to present it to Rihanna and her record label. Those aren’t Rihanna’s vocals on the song at all.
The record was far from done. I’m still proud of the record but want to make sure that the truth is out there.

Lies I tell you, you did the shit on purpose, and it's NO SHADE because I'd do it to! What better time to leak it, to create some publicity buzz.. Above is a photo of Mario in West Village of NY... Somebody said he's always out with "friends" that never seems to include a woman... lol, well whats the beat on that?

The shit everybody is talking about...

Who new Rihanna was crazy! lol, hitting up on that boi like that... I Guess he got tired and popped her ass back! Now I don't condone Domestic Violence or any sort of violence for that matter, but what the hell are you suppose to do if someone keeps hitting on you... We all make mistakes, and although they are celebrities they are also human. This is sad situation, 19 yr old Mr. Brown Ads for Wrigley's Gum have been suspended !!(C'mon Mike Phelps) They messing with the man Coinz now, and not to mention he faces a felony Charge... Aint that LATE!



Here's what a close friend of Chris said about the situation....

Rihanna is] outrageously jealous and insecure. So [Chris] would get into arguments and fights with her.

He never hit her once but she'd [allegedly] smack him, bite him and scratch him and once he even got hit in the balls kinda' hard.

So [she] got into the habit of hitting him because to her it was fine since he never hit her back.[On Saturday night, Chris] finally told her to shut the f*ck up and it's over.

So she socked the shit out of him while he was driving and kept on hitting him until he crashed into a parked car.[Chris] then got out of the car and tried to pull her out and got hit in the face some more numerous times.

Scratched up and everything.Simply because he was done with all of the drama. Anyway when she smacked him this last time he smacked her back. So he [left Rihanna there alone].Hurt from banging her face on the windshield/dashboard from the car accident [somebody] then called the cops and [Rihanna] told them that [Chris] whipped her ass.[Later the next day, Chris] wanted to go get his things from her apt to go to a hotel and saw a million cop cars there.So he left and when he sent us to retrieve his stuff, this girl didn't want to let us get his 6 bags of stuff.

She said tell him to come get it himself … Tell him to answer his phone and that I'm sorry we can work this out. To which I said, hell no my friend isn't coming anywhere near here. It's too late for all of that. He just wants his luggage and you guys need never to see each other anymore….Sh*t happens was definitely in effect and it's crazy how everyone can jump on a woman's side and not know what happened. Hind sight is 20/20 and I told [him that] he should've gotten out of the car and called the cops on her a*s when it was just him with scratches and shit.

.....Sounds like RI RI is a lil RE-RE... I would've never thought! Since the incident the two have both been canceling apperances including a "Big Birthday Bash" that was planned by Rihanna's team on Feb, 20th.

Ryan Leslie Self titled Debut Album IN STORES NOW!

If you loved his radio hits 'Diamond Girl" or "Addiction" ft. Mz. No singing Cassie, then I'm sure you'll love the album...LOL, well she dont sing.... Ryan Leslie on the other hand is a very talented young man and has been in the industry for a minute, producing as well as writing for various artists in the industry... I don't have the album yet, but from what I heard it sounds alright...
